Prior to joining POMED, Ramzi was a program manager for the Lebanese Parliament at the Westminster Foundation for Democracy, where he worked on linking the parliament and civil society and on rebuilding the relationship and trust that were lost following the 2019 protests. He was able to facilitate opportunities for several civil society organizations to address parliamentary committees and present their recommendations on topics ranging from the economic security of women during crises to E-learning. Ramzi also worked at Save the Children International as an education assistant and later on as a food security and livelihoods officer. He obtained an MA in Peace, Conflict, and Development from Universitate Jaume 1 in Spain, and holds a BA in International Affairs and Political Science from the Lebanese American University.
